A Renal‐Clearable Duplex Optical Reporter for Real‐Time Imaging of Contrast‐Induced Acute Kidney Injury

Despite its high morbidity and mortality, contrast‐induced acute kidney injury (CIAKI) remains a diagnostic dilemma because it relies on in vitro detection of insensitive late‐stage blood and urinary biomarkers. We report the synthesis of an activatable duplex reporter (ADR) for real‐time in vivo imaging of CIAKI. ADR is equipped with chemiluminescence and near‐infrared fluorescence (NIRF) signaling channels that can be activated by oxidative stress (superoxide anion, O₂^.?) and lysosomal damage (N‐acetyl‐β‐d ‐glucosaminidase, NAG), respectively. By virtue of its high renal clearance efficiency (80 % injected doses after 24 h injection), ADR detects sequential upregulation of O₂^.? and NAG in the kidneys of living mice prior to a significant decrease in glomerular filtration rate (GFR) and tissue damage in the course of CIAKI. ADR outperforms the typical clinical assays and detects CIAKI at least 8 h (NIRF) and up to 16 h (chemiluminescence) earlier.     

Control the self-assembly of fluorenone-based polycatenars by tuning chain length

Using Suzuki coupling reactions as key steps, a series of fluorenone-based polycatenars, consisting of a central 2,7-diphenyl-9-fluorenone core connected with the 3,4,5-trialkoxybenzoate unit via –COO- linkage at each side have been synthesized. Upon elongation of the terminal alkyl chain, these compounds self-assembled into mesophase sequence of Col_hex/p6mm - Cub_I/$\mathit{Pm}\overline{3}n$ in solid states as well as organogels with interesting morphologies varied from 3D helical fibers to spherical structures in solvents.     

Dayaolingzhiols A−E,AchE inhibitory meroterpenoids from Ganoderma lucidum

Ganoderma mushrooms are widely used as effective medicines for treating and preventing chronic diseases. In this study, five new meroterpenoids, dayaolingzhiols A (1) and B (2) featuring a 6/6/6 ring system, dayaolingzhiols C?E (3–5) harboring a γ-lactone motif, along with eight known ones (6–13), were purified from G. lucidum. To clarify their chemical structures, spectroscopic and ECD and OR computational methods were used. In addition, the inhibition of all the new meroterpenoids against AChE was evaluated, disclosing that (+)-4 and (±)-5 possess potent AChE inhibitory activities with respective IC₅₀ values of 8.52?±?1.90?μM and 7.37?±?0.52?μM.     

基于压缩全息和空分复用的多彩色图像加密

针对现有光学加密方法进行彩色图像加密时加密容量低、解密图像失真度高等问题,提出一种基于压缩全息和空分复用的多彩色图像加密方法.在光学加密阶段,结合改进的Mach-Zehnder干涉仪与空分复用技术,通过不同的随机相位掩膜对多幅彩色图像进行同时加密,仅需单次曝光即可得到由多幅彩色图像加密的全息图.在解密过程中,由于记录全息图的过程可建模为压缩感知过程,使用两步迭代收缩/阈值算法即可求解.实验结果表明,提出的加密系统加密容量大,解密重建图像质量高,结合压缩感知理论,有效地消除了同轴全息中平方场项对解密重建性能的影响,解密图像平均峰值信噪比仅下降约2～5dB;密钥安全性高,随机相位掩膜与传播距离均起到密钥的作用,在随机相位掩膜错误或传播距离仅偏移0.25%时,便无法解密出原始彩色图像;且对噪声与遮挡性攻击具有良好的鲁棒性,解密重建性能随噪声增大下降趋势缓慢,加密全息图80%信息受到遮挡性攻击时,仍可取得良好的解密重建结果.

Catalyst-controlled diastereoselective ring-opening formal [3+2]-cycloadditions of arylvinyl oxirane 2,2-diesters with cyclic N-sulfonyl imines

A diastereoselectivity-controllable formal [3+2]-cycloaddition of arylvinyl oxirane 2,2-diesters with cyclic N-sulfonyl imines is developed, affording the corresponding tricyclic oxazolidine derivatives in moderate to excellent yields with excellent diastereoselectivities in the presence of palladium(0) or scandium(III) triflate. This protocol allows selective synthesis of diastereomers of tricyclic oxazolidine derivatives under switchable and mild conditions. Further transformations of the obtained products were conducted by removing ester groups and arylvinyl moieties.     

基于多尺度学习与深度卷积神经网络的遥感图像土地利用分类

土地利用信息是国土资源管理的基础和重要依据，随着高分辨率遥感图像数据的日益增多，迫切需要快速准确的土地利用分类方法。目前应用较广的面向对象的分类方法对空间特征的利用尚不够充分，在特征选择上存在一定的局限性。为此，提出一种基于多尺度学习与深度卷积神经网络（deep convolutional neural network，DCNN）的多尺度神经网络（multi-scale neural network，MSNet）模型，基于残差网络构建了100层编码网络，通过并行输入实现输入图像的多尺度学习，利用膨胀卷积实现特征图像的多尺度学习，设计了一种端到端的分类网络。以浙江省0.5 m分辨率的光学航空遥感图像为数据源进行了实验，总体分类精度达91.97%，并将其与传统全卷积网络（fully convolutional networks，FCN）方法和基于支持向量机（support vector machine，SVM）的面向对象方法进行了对比，结果表明，本文所提方法分类精度更高，分类结果整体性更强。
